PURPOSE: Virtual Psychological Testing

REQUIREMENTS:

1. System Requirements

Supported Operating System: Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 & 10; Mac OS 8 & above

2. Supported Web Browsers

Internet Explorer 8 & 9 (limited support), 10, 11 & above; Mozilla Firefox 24 & above, Google Chrome 18 & above; Apple Safari 5 & above

3. Minimum Screen Resolution

PC and Mac 1024 x 768 & above

4. Device Requirements

Examinees are advised to use laptop or desktop with camera

5. Video Conferencing Platform (Google Meet)

6. Earphones/Headphones

7. Complete name of the examinee upon entrance to the video conferencing platform (Format: Surname_Firstname example: Dela Cruz_Juan)

GUIDELINES FOR EXAMINEES

Preparation for the Test

1. Dress Code

Examinees must observe proper dress code: Polo or T-Shirt (no sleeveless)

2. Test Administration Preparations

The examinee must secure a place free from any form of distraction.

3. The examinee must be on time (as scheduled)

4. The examinee must be prepared for the test. The examinee will not be allowed to leave his/her seat once the test has started. The examinee must have attended to his/her personal needs before the test starts. Eating or drinking during the test is prohibited.

5. Scratch paper and pen may be used for computation only.

During the Test

1. The examinee must listen carefully to the examiner's instruction.

2. Rename his/her name in the Google Meet (Format: Surname_Firstname example: Dela Cruz_Juan)

3. The examinee must turn the video at all times during the testing period.

4. Avoid looking down or away excessively from the computer screen. Avoid typing on your keyboard during the test proper.

5. Refrain from covering your face at all times. The examiner should be able to see your face at all times.

6. Avoid switching from the Google Meet to the Test Platform to prevent incurring unusual behavior.

7. While in the test platform, use the TEST CHAT BOX for any technical issues. Questions that will help the examinees answer the test will be disregarded.

8. Type "DONE" in the Google Meet Chat after submitting the test.
